To make it easier on the boys, who usually do not like dressing up, I advise them to keep it simple: clean shoes, white dress shirt, tie in the school colors and black Dickies slacks (they're relatively inexpensive, they can hold a pleat, they're impossible to stain, and can be worn to most worksites).
