The groom contracted me many months before. A few days before the wedding, he informed me that the bride was really into sunset photos and she'd appreciate it if we can incorporate that into the shoot. I chose an isolated spot in the farmland in Socorro to shoot this set of photos. The previous set was taken closer to the farmlands to get the actual sunset light.
To get the silhouette of the couple, I adjusted my camera to shoot relatively quickly, which caught just enough of the color in the sunset to set off the couple. The image was then darkened and cropped in post.
