Cathy's mom had arranged for a friend who owns a '57 Chevy Bel Air to drive them around during their wedding. We had planned several more elaborate shots, but we were impeded by typical heavy March winds that kicked up alot of dust. At the church, I decided to go under the freeway hoping that it would shield us from the wind. When I arrived, the driver got out, barely noticed by the newlyweds. When they noticed what was happened, they motioned if I needed them to get out, which I didn't. They resumed their playfulness. The bride loved this picture so much, she asked for several copies of this shot.
