Every year for the last 14 years, the EPFPA has hosted a full quinceanera party for the kids under their care, ages 14-18. This year, the party include 40 kids from area foster homes, the Lee Moore Home, CPS and other institutions. Some of the kids have already been adopted, but were invited to participate since they were at one point, part of the system. These 9 kids were part of the section that had permission to be shown to the public. The rest cannot because of whatever legal situations.
For the 2nd year in a row, I was the main photographer for the festivities :)
