Some quinces allow me to choose a spot for their formal photos. Jhordan, though, was adamant about shooting at El Paso High for the view and architecture. Once we were done with the normal shooting, I decided to take advantage of the view and the long vista to shoot this celebratory shot. The angle was my idea, the pose was their idea.

It took several tries to get this right with coordination and lighting (as the available light was directed at their backs, not faces. Post work: panoramic cut on the image and some lighting/contrast work.
