Samantha

When Sammi and I spoke in person, we figured that she wanted something colorful and "different". After spending a little bit of time with her, I knew the traditional "pretty" shoots like at Memorial or at the Rose Garden would be out of the question. Having shot something experimental at these walls in Segundo Barrio, I offered it to her and she jumped at it. We had to take some traditional shots at Memorial Park with the parents and family. She saw that there were various other quinces and weddings shooting there as well.

Posed

At these grafittied walls, we were the only quince, only limo, and definitely the only shoot going on at the time, which allowed me to get this one of a kind shot.

Lighting was contrasted a little tighter. The colors on the wall were then boosted to exaggerate their already lively nature. The color was then taken out of the kids, then returned into their ties and sashes to not take them completely out of the photo. The words "Pathone.com" were erased and replaced with my website, no disrespect to the original designer of this mural, Path.
