When I first met with the bride, she told me that this was meant to be a wedding for both him and her. Since it would be both their second marriages, they were very specific with what they wanted. One thing was that all the posed photos were to be taken before the wedding. Second would be that after we met at the church, we would go visit his Father at the Ft. Bliss cemetery. I told her those would be powerful, yet private photos. I took a long lens and got no closer than about 30 yards away so that they could have their uninterrupted moment (the court waited by the cars about 60 yards away).
