I dislike it when clients ask me if we should just shoot at Memorial Park, mostly because other photographers limit possible locations.
This was shot on the banks of the Rio Grande, behind Western Playland near the Sunland Park casino. The couple knew my tendencies and asked if there was anywhere on the west side I would like to shoot. I had just shot a model near this location and they said it would be great to take their photos there. Despite the slight walk and some mosquitos, the couple got the green and scenery they wanted. They also got a lack of people or buildings in the background.

Very little editing beyond cropping and added vignetting at the borders.
