When the bride was ready to dance, she came behind the main table behind me and kicked off her heels. Her 9 year old daughter followed her and I figured she did the same. After a while, I went behind the main table to get a better vantage point, when I found that after she took her slippers off, she also arranged them into her mom's shoes. If there's a better image of "following in our footsteps", I haven't seen it.
