Katelin and her court had their makeovers done at the EPCC Cosmetology school behind the Fountains shopping center. To do all 7 members for their hair, makeup and mani/pedis, cost about $180. On this day, because it was so cold and rainy the entire day (mid January, with freezing fog over the city), she had suggested a nearby park. I suggest the facility itself so that we would not have to go outside (the girls in the court were all wearing tutus). Even here, I found a good place for the shots inside the Culinary Arts dining room!
