On his second visit to El Paso, Obama came to speak about Immigration at the Chamizal. Because of the format of the visit, I asked my buddy, Timo Schwegmann, to cover Obama's arrival in Air Force One at Biggs Field, while I covered the speech at the Chamizal. Timo is the photographer for the German Air Force contingent here at Ft. Bliss.
